Location: Berlin, CT Company: NuFace Home Improvements Job Summary NuFace Home Improvements is seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Service Technician to join our growing team in Berlin, CT. This role is responsible for performing high-quality carpentry work, remodeling, and service/repair tasks while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in general construction and home improvement services. Key Responsibilities Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and finish workRespond to service calls to diagnose and repair issuesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specificationsMeasure, cut, and install building materials with precisionEnsure all work meets quality standards and building codesMaintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sitesCommunicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and managementLoad/unload tools and materials and maintain company equipment Qualifications 3+ years of carpentry or general construction experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction practices and materialsAbility to perform service and repair work independentlySkilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instrumentsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent work ethic and time management Preferred Qualifications Experience in home improvement or remodeling companiesOSHA certification (a plus)Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge (a plus) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for overtimeCareer growth and skill developmentSupportive team environment Why Join NuFace Home Improvements?
