Carpenter - NH /Greater Boston

About the role

PROCON is seeking to fill a full-time Carpenter position with a qualified individual possessing a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry on multiple types of commercial projects from foundations to finish work.
• Be quality-focused, take ownership of their work, and be versatile in their abilities.
• Require minimal supervision and provide a quality product while working at a productive rate.
• Maintain a clean job site and communicate regularly with customers, subcontractors, co-workers, and anyone else on-site professionally.
• Work on job sites in NH and Greater Boston, and be willing to travel when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Experience with framing, concrete, rails, drywall, rough carpentry, and finish work.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications (a plus).
• 10 Hour OSHA Certification preferred.
• High integrity with sound ethical judgment.
• Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude.
• Works well in teams with strong communication skills.
• Open to innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk awareness.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel to job sites throughout New England and the Tri-State area when needed.
• Provide your own tools which include screw guns, sawzall, skill saw, 4” grinder, power miter saw, extension cords, and various hand tools including hammer, utility knife, snips, and chalk line.
