Carpenter - Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry and maintenance of Agency property.
• Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our various locations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.
• Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers.
• Affords assistance in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan.
• Records and maintains records of all repairs and maintenance actions by facility and unit.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma required
• Proven experience in carpentry and finishing work preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and auto insurance
