Carpenter/Maintenance Technician - Salem, NH

About the role

We are seeking an experienced handyman/maintenance technician to join our team in the Merrimack Valley of MA and Southern NH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door, and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and supply delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Carry out carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Handle window, door, and lock repairs
• Paint buildings and landscapes
• Clean facilities
• Remove snow and ice
• Deliver and pick up supplies
• Assist with emergency repairs during on-call rotations

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (pickup truck or van preferred)
• Basic set of tools (no need for extravagant equipment)
• Proficiency in smartphone use
• Availability to work 40+ hours a week, including nights and weekends
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of property maintenance experience (preferred)

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule

8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend on-call availability.
