Carpenter, Lead - Construction - Full-Time

About the role

Performs tasks as assigned by the In-House Construction Manager. Responsible for coordinating multiple trades and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a neat and professional demeanor and work environment.
• Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility.
• Captures multiple trades and tasks such as electrical, mechanical and unit price personnel.
• Installs acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls, installs drywall, plastering, painting, vinyl wall covering, door frames, doors and hardware, office furniture systems, rubber cove base, concrete forming and placement, installs professionally plumb level square in accordance with construction standards.
• Maintains a professional work environment and ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations by the employees and subcontractors.
• Affords assistance to all departments in moving and every day maintenance of the facility.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.

Position Requirement(s)

• Licenses/Certifications/Registrations Required: A valid driver's license.
