Carpenter - Construction - Full-Time

About the Role

Responsible for build-outs, installations, repairs, and adjustments of facilities, furnishings, and equipment in accordance with construction standards. Must maintain a neat and professional demeanor and work effectively with team members and all departments.

Responsibilities

• Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility
• Installs acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls, drywall, and performs plastering and painting
• Applies vinyl wall covering, installs door frames, doors, and hardware
• Assembles and installs office furniture systems
• Installs rubber cove base and performs concrete forming and placement
• Ensures all installations are professionally plumb, level, and square in accordance with construction standards
• Assists all departments with moving and everyday maintenance of the facility

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school education
• Three years of experience as a carpenter
• Valid driver’s license
