About the Role

We are seeking a skilled construction professional responsible for installing doors, windows, and performing layout work for stairs and rafters. The role involves reading blueprints, performing concrete work including footings, walls, columns, slabs, and decks, as well as operating pumps, cranes, and rigging. Effective communication and task organization are essential to meet project schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of construction experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong reading, math, and communication skills
