About the role

The position involves assisting the onsite team in the design, assembly and construction of structures using raw materials and appropriate tools. It includes creating layouts, reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assisting with pre-construction installations.

Responsibilities

• Create layouts and read blueprints
• Measure and cut raw materials

• Assist the foreman or superintendent in keeping the jobsite running efficiently and safely

• Construct frames and structures to assist in pouring concrete
