Great Opportunity for a Non‑Union Carpenter/Foreman to work their way into a Superintendent position – travel – ground retail projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter/Foreman for a permanent, non‑union role within our dynamic construction team. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase leadership skills, technical knowledge, and craftsmanship in various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities on‑site, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a foreman/carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills; ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality‑control procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a skilled trade (carpentry) or relevant field is a plus.
• Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Pay

$35 – $40 per hour
