Overview
We are a full-service commercial general contractor. We offer opportunities that involve coordinating a carpentry team's activities, planning and scheduling tasks, ensuring safety regulation compliance, and overseeing carpentry projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage carpentry teams according to the construction timeline provided by the project manager.
- Self-perform rough and finish carpentry tasks as needed for the project.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to carpenters and other construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly jobsite.
- Interpret and implement blueprints to ensure project success.
- Address client concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure availability and proper maintenance of all materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project.
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive materials on-site.
- Provide quality control for all completed works.
- Willing to travel.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Wisconsin.
- Extremely attentive to detail.
- Proven experience as a carpenter foreman or similar supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, task-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- Good physical condition/stamina required due to the need for general labor.
- At least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or GED in a skilled trade is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years foreman experience and 3 years superintendent experience in the industry.
- Ability to shift tasks at a moment's notice.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
- Pay is based on experience.
- Pay range: $30.63 - $32.41 per hour.
