About the role
We are looking for full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. Work ranges from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. Tradespeople work exclusively on construction phases, not water mitigation. Consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team make this a long-term career opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential and commercial restoration projects
- Handle projects from small repairs to full rebuilds
- Maintain reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Use and care for provided tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements
- Previous construction experience
- Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Provide your own basic hand tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Pay
$25 – $35 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge.
