The Position: We are looking for full‑time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well‑rounded team members, this is a highly sought‑after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

Responsibilities

  • Perform remodeling work including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
  • Handle projects ranging from small patches and paint to complete home rebuilds.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and other tradespeople to meet job goals.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Work focuses on construction phases; water mitigation tasks are not performed.

Requirements

  • Remodeling experience
  • Reliable and hardworking

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous restoration experience is a plus
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
  • Pass background check and drug screen
