About the role
We are looking for full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. Tradespeople work only on construction phases, not water mitigation. This is a highly sought-after opportunity to build a long-term career with consistent workload, great leaders, and a well-rounded team.
Salary range: $25 to $35 hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60+ hours.
