About the role
We are a full‑service Nationwide General Contractor that is the industry leader in disaster restoration. ServiceMaster DSI is the nation’s largest ServiceMaster franchise, with locations throughout the country, known for quality restoration and construction, great customer service, and a consistently busy workload. We are seeking full‑time skilled tradesmen (carpenters, drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, mechanical) with remodeling experience. The more skills you bring, the more we can offer you. Work ranges from small patch‑and‑paint jobs to complete home rebuilds, with year‑round employment, strong leadership, and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Remodeling experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience (a plus)
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen

Pay
- Hourly rate: $22–$32, based on experience and trade knowledge
- Daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses
- Six major holidays paid off
- Overtime paid at 40+ hours; double time after 60+ hours
