About the role
Supervise self-perform trade teams supporting various construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, install doors, hardware, steel studs, siding, and other specialties
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Plan, organize, and lead project tasks
- Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness on-site
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor
- Train and mentor team members
- Track progress, costs, and documentation
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience in rough and finish carpentry
- Proficient in reading construction plans
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour, First Aid, CPR certifications
- Willing to obtain equipment licenses and additional certifications
- Knowledge of construction trades, materials, and methods
- Ability to delegate and manage multiple tasks
