Carolyn joined the salon as a client before becoming a stylist herself.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new stylists
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior stylists
• Develop and implement styling techniques and color trends
• Conduct regular salon meetings to discuss industry updates and client feedback
• Ensure salon standards are met and maintained

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hair Design or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional hair styling experience
• Proven ability to train and mentor other stylists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
