About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to install HVAC systems in residential homes while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, piping, and gas lines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in residential settings.
• Perform installations independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and written instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Interact professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• 2–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to take direction from Leads and Supervisors.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Commitment to following all safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work in confined spaces including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to safely use tools and ladders.
• Willingness to invest in and maintain required tools.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Preferred: HVAC Trade School Certificate.

Pay

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour.
