Lead HVAC Installer

About the role

Mason & Grant is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Auburn, NY. We service Auburn and the surrounding areas and have a history of prioritizing quality workmanship and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Install various HVAC systems, including forced air furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, water heaters, and boiler systems for residential projects.
• Build a long-term career with a company that recognizes talent and rewards performance.
• Support customer satisfaction during installation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with parts replacement, service work, and shop maintenance during slower periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in the knowledge and skills required to install a variety of HVAC systems
• Experience with installations of varying scope, from simple equipment add-ons and swaps to full-scale HVAC installations for new house builds
• Ability to work in diverse settings and scenarios, adapting to different equipment requirements and project specifications

Benefits
