Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
