About the Role

To handle claims in an equitable and legal manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to assistants.
• Support claims associates and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of experience in a business-related field.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to type and operate a personal computer.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications

This will be a hybrid role. You will train onsite for 3 weeks Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. After training, your regular shift will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay

Internal Pay Grade H28. Pay range: $20.00 to $26.52 per hour.

Schedule

• Training: 3 weeks onsite, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Regular shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hybrid).
