Essential Functions
- Provide technical direction to assistants.
- Support claims associates and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of experience in a business related field.
- Customer service experience.
- This is a hybrid role.
- You will receive training onsite for 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- After training, your regular shift will start at 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
