Carepool is a rideshare platform responding to the ongoing COVID crisis. We respond to the needs of essential workers, particularly healthcare workers, by providing reliable transportation.

About the role

We are looking for team members who can support the most vulnerable populations in our communities during the pandemic. This includes individuals with disabilities and the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Drive patients to and from medical appointments
• Ensure safety measures are followed, including wearing masks and providing personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Follow CDC guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both drivers and passengers
• Participate in CPR training or have relevant healthcare experience

Requirements

• Own a vehicle suitable for transporting patients
• Willingness to undergo CPR training or have healthcare experience
• Experience driving in challenging weather conditions
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a drug screening
• Have a valid driver’s license and insurance
