Caregivers Needed for Estacada Client + $250 Bonus
Location: Estacada. We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to ongoing weekend shifts and daytime shifts.

Pay
Top pay rates starting at $22-25 per hour. $250 sign-on bonus after 30 hours worked.
Schedule
Currently hiring for all shifts (days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends). Full-time and part-time available. Flexible schedules with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv.

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
- Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
- Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
- Empathy, compassion, and kindness
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance, and registration)
