Schedule
- Full Time: 8hrs or 12hrs, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Part Time: 4hr shifts, 3-6 days a week
Responsibilities
- Follow customized care plans designed to meet clients’ fundamental needs, even as the disease progresses
- Assist clients with ADLs and personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from outings and appointments
- Drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments
- Document completion of tasks and promptly communicate changes in client’s physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Dementia/Alzheimer care experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Reliable means of transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Home Care Aide Registration
