Caregiver with Dementia Experience- Driver

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities designed to meet clients’ fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments.
• Create activities engaging clients' abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual, and spiritual.
• Ensure each day is filled with joy, dignity, and meaning through person-centered, activity-based care.
• Drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Dementia/Alzheimer care experience.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Home Care Aide clearance with the State of CA.
