Caregiver RN - Per Diem, Day Shift

About the Role

The Associate Caregiver Health RN provides clinical caregiver health services to promote overall well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Serves as a key team member collaborating with Infection Prevention, Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being teams to deliver high-quality occupational and environmental health services. Acts as a role model embodying the organization's mission, values, and culture of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services to support caregiver health and safety.
• Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated health services.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

• Alaska RN License and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute or similar setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 6 months of experience in occupational health.
• Experience with databases like Microsoft Office or OHM.
