Caregiver RN - Per Diem, Day Shift

Role Overview

The Associate Caregiver Health RN provides clinical services to promote caregiver health and well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies. Acts as a key team member collaborating with Infection Prevention, Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being teams to deliver high-quality occupational and environmental health services. Serves as a role model, embodying the organization's mission, values, and culture of health and safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support caregiver health initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Alaska Registered Nurse License and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute hospital or similar setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, experience in occupational health, and familiarity with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and OHM.

Pay & Schedule

• On-site, day shift.
• Pay range: $43.82 to $68.03 per hour, including potential additional incentives.
