About the Role
The Associate Caregiver Health RN provides clinical caregiver health services to promote well-being, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies. Works collaboratively with teams such as Infection Prevention, Disability Management, and Workers' Compensation to deliver high-quality occupational health services. Serves as a role model, embodying the organization’s values and fostering a culture of health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational and environmental health services.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support caregiver health.
- Promote the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Alaska RN license and BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in an acute hospital or similar setting.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, experience in occupational health, and familiarity with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and OHM.
