Caregiver - PRN/Part Time

As a PRN Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. You will be called upon to provide coverage as needed, so flexibility, dependability, and a willingness to respond to staffing needs are essential. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident's needs
• Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences
• Promote residents' comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and applicable state regulations
• Safely transport residents to church services, medical appointments, and other approved activities as needed
• Provide dependable coverage for open shifts, call-outs, and other community staffing needs

• Flexibility and dependability to accept PRN shifts as community needs arise
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Clean Background Check
• Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements
