Part Time/PRN Care Professionals

About the role

Seniors in the Mesa County are in need of compassionate Care Professionals (aka caregivers)! Home Instead is hiring part time/PRN Care Professionals (aka caregivers) to perform the essential work of keeping aging adults safe and comfortable at home throughout Mesa County!

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s Care

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiver experience required.
• Prior to working for our clients, all Home Instead caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals, or Care Pros for short—will go through specific training designed by Home Instead and will receive an in-house certification in Personal Care tasks.
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
