About the role
Seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents in assisted living environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
- Maintain accurate records, including care plans and documentation of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Support programming and operational needs of the community.
- Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions to enhance resident well-being.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of healthcare experience.
- Successful completion of dementia training if applicable.
- Positive criminal background screening; adherence to drug-free workplace policies.
- Preferred: CPR and first aid certification; CNA or NA license in good standing; experience with resident documentation systems.
