Caregiver CNA/PCA

About the role

Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months or more work experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Previous experience in clients' homes or senior communities (non-family).
• Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
