Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home healthcare services.

Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, nursing, and household tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional and cognitive maturity for maintaining positive relationships
- Physical ability to perform non-skilled personal care tasks
- Pass a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to HR
- Driver’s license with valid insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Neat, clean personal appearance
- Licensed driver with appropriate insurance

Essential Functions
- Adhere to the plan of care developed by a supervising Registered Nurse
- Encourage clients to become as independent as possible while maintaining confidentiality and dignity
- Perform non-skilled personal care tasks such as bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, feeding, ambulation, exercise, transfers, positioning, medication reminders, respiratory care, homemaking, and respite care
- Conduct routine housekeeping tasks like light cleaning, meal preparation, dishwashing, bed making, laundry, attending medical appointments, and shopping
- Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents, injuries, or significant changes in the client's condition
Pay and Schedule
The standard rate is $14.50 - $17.00 per hour.
