About the Role

Visiting Angels of Main Line is seeking experienced, dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Direct Care Professionals to provide one-on-one care for seniors in the 19131 Philadelphia area and surrounding communities. We're looking for professionals who understand that great caregiving means more than completing a list of tasks. It means showing up consistently, communicating well, maintaining professionalism, and providing clients with the level of care and respect they deserve.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Experience assisting seniors with personal care and daily activities
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Patient, compassionate, and attentive to client needs
• Ability to complete required employment and health screenings
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are strongly preferred (caregivers with reliable transportation may have access to a wider variety of available cases and schedules)

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Assistance with everyday activities
• Providing a safe, comfortable home environment
• Communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

Schedule

We have both full-time and part-time caregiving opportunities, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Our goal is to match qualified caregivers with cases that align with their experience, availability, and location whenever possible.

Pay

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, shift, and case type. Eligible new caregivers can also earn a $200 bonus after completing their first 60 hours worked.
