About the role

Location: New Port Richey, FL (Serving West Pasco: New Port Richey, Trinity, Holiday, Hudson, Port Richey). We provide one-on-one care to local seniors, keeping you out of crowded facilities and off long highway commutes.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in friendly conversation and companionship.
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals.
• Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and tidy living spaces.
• Assisting with personal routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility) with care and dignity.
• Providing incidental transportation for local grocery runs, errands, and doctor visits.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation with auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and drug test.
• Dedication: A compassionate, dependable mindset.

Pay

Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour base (Earn up to $22.00/hr with shift differentials)

Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time. Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, & Weekend Blocks (2 to 12-Hour Visits)
