Caregiver – Flexible Shifts (Day, Night, Weekend)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home companionship to elderly clients
• Assist elderly clients with personal hygiene and basic needs, including showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Provide reminders to clients to take prescribed medications
• Assist with mobility inside the home and outside the home, including doctor’s appointments, walks, and other activities
• Plan and prepare meals
• Complete client shopping or accompany clients while they shop
• Perform basic housekeeping duties
• Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Provide activities that support essential daily living

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• Reliable transportation every single day
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Supportive and compassionate approach to client care
