Whether that’s in healthcare, psych, DSP roles, education, or childcare, and are ready to transition into 1:1 in-home care. You don’t need traditional caregiver experience. Competitive wages ($19/hr based on experience) 1:1 client care - build real relationships and make a meaningful impact Supportive, locally owned team that truly invests in caregivers Every client and home is approved for safety and fit before assignment Direct support from a nurse case manager for all clients Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Qualifications: High School Diploma Background in healthcare, behavioral health, DSP, teaching, childcare, or similar field preferred Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy Reliable, insured vehicle Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities Daily access to RNS email Fluent in English Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role Responsibilities: Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client’s family, and RNS case manager Assist with activities of daily living, including support for Alzheimer’s & dementia clients, vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire) Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire) Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable
