Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)

About the Role

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full‑ and part‑time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in‑home care to clients in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding communities. The company will cover Personal Care Aide certification training at no cost for candidates who are not yet certified. The organization is client‑driven with a mission to support aging adults and its Care Family.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines such as medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the client.
• Notify the office of any changes in the client’s condition or needs.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Two professional references.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate and dependable attitude.
