Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)

About the role

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full‑ and part‑time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in‑home care to clients in Marion, VA and surrounding communities. If you are not yet certified, the company will cover your Personal Care Aide training at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines such as medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the client.
• Notify the office of any changes in the client’s condition or needs.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Two professional references.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, dependable attitude.

Schedule
