In the Fargo-Moorhead area, our caregivers help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently at home. No experience or license is needed to start. Some of our caregivers want full-time hours, some want a few steady part-time shifts, and some only want to work weekends. All of those work here. What you will do As a caregiver, companion, and personal care aide, you help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. Companionship and emotional support for seniors. Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) like grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Watch for changes in a client's health or behavior and report them to the care team. Follow each client's care plan and keep accurate daily records. What we are looking for A caring, dependable personality. No experience or certification needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
