Caregiver Needed for Dementia Care LIVE IN- Bloomfield Hills $325 per day

Primary responsibilities

• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of the client.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities.
• Offer respite care to the client’s family members.
• Assist with transportation as necessary.
• Be available for stand-by and assist during emergencies.
• Provide 24-hour care as required.

Requirements

• Two work references.
• At least two years of hands-on patient care and experience with Hoyer lift and transfer.
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of Social Security number or valid work visa.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Negative Tuberculin (TB) test result.
