Schedule
6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
- Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
- Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily, or more often if needed (chart by exception).
Requirements
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state agency, or the ability to obtain it.
- CNA license or at least two years of previous experience as a caregiver.
- Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 lb, and perform regular bending, reaching, and other movements required for resident care. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
