Caregiver - Morning Shifts

Pay

• $15 – $17.50 per hour
• Raises based on tenure — your pay grows the longer you stay

• Part-time and full-time, weekdays and weekends

About the Role

Our clients need the most help in the morning — getting up, bathing, dressing, breakfast, and medications. We're hiring caregivers who are reliable early risers and want consistent morning hours with the same clients each week. Spanish- and Tagalog-speaking caregivers are especially welcome; we have clients who would love to be cared for in their first language.

Responsibilities

• Morning routines — help clients get up, bathe, dress, and start the day
• Prepare breakfast and assist with medication reminders
• Prescribed range-of-motion exercises and mobility support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and keep clients safe
• Note any changes in condition and let the office know

Requirements

• Available most mornings, including some weekends
• Prior caregiving experience (in homes or facilities) preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job
• Comfortable assisting clients with lifting and mobility

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA certificate preferred, but not required

Skills

• Spanish or Tagalog language skills welcomed (not required)
