Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
- Mentor, coach, and support caregivers in the field.
- Assist with new caregiver orientation and ongoing training.
- Conduct quality assurance visits, client check-ins, and non-supervisory visits.
- Complete caregiver introductions and client meet-and-greets.
- Support caregiver performance through coaching, encouragement, and accountability.
- Assist with resolving client and caregiver concerns.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure outstanding client care.
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations.
- Attend leadership meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday with a consistent schedule and assigned clients.
- One weekday on-call rotation (8:00 AM-10:00 PM).
- Weekend on-call rotation approximately every fifth weekend.
Requirements
- One or more years of professional caregiving or home care experience is required.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Ability to safely assist clients with activities of daily living, transfers, and mobility.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to travel throughout the Owatonna and surrounding service area.
Pay
$19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
