About the role

We are looking for dedicated Caregivers in Lakeway, TX (78734) to work in a healthy and happy environment with competitive pay, starting as soon as possible.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay

Base pay: $16 an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence
• Provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Work cooperatively with the patient/client and family
• Report observations and problems to the Supervisor
• Provide companionship to client
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required)
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to patient/family and other employees
• Provide an environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency through attending required in-services
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license
