We are looking for the best Caregivers in Ledbetter, TX, to work in a healthy and happy environment with competitive pay and an immediate start.
Schedule
- Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay
Base pay: $15 an hour
Requirements
- Dementia experience
- Annual RAHU Training
- Bathing experience
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Daily companionship
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Work cooperatively with the patient/client and family
- Report observations and problems to the Supervisor
- Provide companionship to client
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide transportation
- Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to patient/family and other employees
- Maintain an environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency through attending required in-services
- Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
