About the role

Caregiver / Home Care Aide positions are available at Guardian Angel Senior Services. The role involves providing one-on-one care to a senior in their home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and daily activities
• Prepare meals
• Provide light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Follow the client's care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

Requirements

• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation when required
• Experience working with seniors is a plus
• No experience? Paid training is available for qualified candidates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
