About the role
You drive to someone's home. You help them with daily life. Baths. Getting dressed. Making meals. Light cleaning. Running errands. Keeping them company. Most of your clients are older adults who need a hand staying independent. This is physical work. You help people move around. You're on your feet most of the day. If you need help doing these tasks, tell us. We can talk about what might work. You do NOT give medicine or handle medical tasks. That's for nurses.
