Caregiver HCA / CNA - Part-time - Moses Lake

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to residents with daily living activities including mobility, hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Absorb and report changes in resident condition.
• Create and maintain a warm, respectful, and engaging living environment.
• Work closely with the clinical and life enrichment teams.
• Document and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• HCA or NAC license (required)
• At least 18 years old
• High-School diploma or equivalent
• First Aid & CPR Certification (within 30 days of employment)
• Food Handlers Card (within 30 days of employment)
• Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders
