Caregiver Full-Time - East Side
Responsibilities
Assist her in participating in community activities that promote socialization and skill-building
Engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to her life
Read and respond to triggers and tensions to ensure her emotional well-being
Follow individualized support plans to provide tailored support and care
Build a trusting relationship with her, founded on respect, empathy, and understanding
Qualifications
- A valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs
